Zawwo sells beauty and cosmetics products online and in store. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

You give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details, account login, and anything you send us in messages or reviews. If you use our product quizzes, you may also tell us your skin type, hair type, shade, or ingredient sensitivities.

We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages and products you viewed, what you searched, what you added to your cart, and whether you opened our emails.

We get from others: payment authorization results from our payment processor, delivery updates from shipping carriers, and ad performance data from advertising platforms.

We never store your full card number or CVV. Payments go straight to our payment processor.

  • To handle returns, refunds, and customer service
  • To run your account and loyalty rewards
  • To recommend products based on what you've bought or told us
  • To send marketing emails and texts, if you've opted in
  • To show you relevant ads and measure how they perform

  • Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights
  • A buyer, if our business is sold or merged

We don't sell your information for money.

Your choices

  • Emails: click unsubscribe in any marketing email. Order and shipping emails keep coming.
  • Texts: reply STOP. Message rates may apply.
  • Cookies and ads: use the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Your account: log in to update your info, change preferences, or delete your account.
  • Location: turn it off in your device settings.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you
  • Get a copy of it
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and "sharing"
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days (we may extend once if needed). You can use an authorized agent.

If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.

How long we keep it

  • Orders and receipts: 7 years (tax rules)
  • Account info: while your account is open, plus about 2 years
  • Customer service records: about 3 years
  • Marketing lists: until you opt out — we keep a suppression record so we don't email you again
  • Analytics: usually under 2 years

Security

We use encryption, access controls, and vendor security reviews to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private and tell us right away if you think your account was accessed.

Kids

Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. We don't sell or share information from anyone under 16.

Other sites

We link to other sites and platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices — read their policies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. Material changes will be announced on our site or by email. Continuing to use Zawwo after an update means you accept it.

KNOW-YOUR-RIGHTS (KYR)

This section summarizes your return rights when you shop with Zawwo. These rights are in addition to anything else described above.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day you actually receive your product to return it. The clock starts on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier, not on the order date.

To return a product within this period:

  • Email info@zawwo.com with your order number and the reason for return, or start a return from your account.
  • We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
  • Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund you to your original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
